Campaign Description:
New subscribers will get lower rates to 23 countries during the first 30 days after signing up. Existing Rebtel subscribers, that never made a payment, may also take part in the campaign; to them the offer is valid for 30 days as of the 20th of November.
Rebtel will offer these discount prices to the following countries: Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Russian Federation, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
Terms and Conditions
- The campaign means that the Subscribers calls at a discounted rate to a number of selected countries during the first 30 days after signing up.
- The campaign is open from the 20th of November, 2008 until the 25th of January, 2009 unless communicated otherwise. Rebtel reserves the right to reject or terminate the campaign at any time and for any reason, at Rebtel's sole discretion.
- Subscribers are eligible for the campaign if they have never made a payment to Rebtel in the past.
- If a number has belonged to an account that has made a payment in the past then it no longer can receive the campaign.
- Subscribers will only receive this campaign once; meaning subscribers will not receive the campaign again by cancelling and signing up for a new Rebtel account that is associated to the same number.
- The purpose of this campaign is to promote new subscribers to start using the service. Thus for a person to create several accounts with different phone numbers is against the spirit of this campaign and will be considered as misuse.
- Rebtel has the right to withdraw the campaign or even bar a user’s account in the case of misuse or fraudulent behavior.
- The campaign can not be combined with any other Rebtel offers or campaigns for the same call.
- All credits and payments made under the campaign are non-refundable and non transferable.
- Fair user policy; every subscriber may consume a maximum of 1,000 “discount rates minutes” during the 30 day period. Calls to India are limited to 3,000 minutes.
- When the 30 days has passed the Rebtel system automatically changes the rate to standard Rebtel rates even if the account has credit left paid during the period.
- The discount is valid for the lowest mobile and land line rates. Some countries that are included in the Cheapest Rates Campaign have more than one rate depending on the destination or mobile operator. They are: Bangladesh, Colombia, France, Mexico, Poland and the Russian Federation.
