Rebtel's Customer Service Team is here for you, whenever you need us! From helping you with your registration to advice about all our features, if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding any aspect of your Rebtel service, feel free to email us directly.

Please keep in mind that we provide Customer Support through email and chat only, which means we do not have a Support phone line. Just drop us a mail or chat with us and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Support hours: Rebtel's Customer Support is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT during weekdays and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on the weekend.

Response times: Response times (typically 10 hours) can depend on many factors including the number of e-mails we received before yours and the complexity of your issue. We always make every effort possible to resolve support issues in a timely manner. Keep in mind that, for many issues, you may be able to find your answer directly in our FAQ or Get Satisfaction user forum and avoid having to wait for a response from the Customer Team.

Get Satisfaction is Rebtel's official support forum for all of our services. Chat with other users that have questions or experience similar issues with the service, suggest improvements and offer feedback and also get help from Rebtel's Customer Team on the forum.


When contacting the Customer Support Team:

  1. Avoid inappropriate language: Please do not use personal attacks, slurs, and profanity in your interactions with the Customer Support Team. Treat our agents with respect, in order for them to be able to help you properly.
  2. Keep it confidential: Full credit card information and other confidential information should not be posted to a chat or sent via email! For payment-related questions, all we need is the last 4 digits of the credit card and the type of card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, etc).
  3. Avoid inappropriate content: Rebtel does not allow behavior or content related to illegal activities. That means that you may not use Rebtel´s live chat, email support or customer forums to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or discussion.

Rebtel reserves the right to ban any participant from the chat rooms/forums for violating any of the rules above.
