Your PayPal payment was most likely reversed by PayPal for security reasons. Occasionally, PayPal will verify the authenticity of a payment by holding the funds and requesting you to contact them. When this happens, the payment is listed as reversed, which will automatically lock your Rebtel account in order to prevent fraud. If you suspect your account was locked due to PayPal verifying your payment, contact them in order to confirm the payment and they will return the funds to Rebtel.
