Rebtel is looking for a Growth Marketer 

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams to help drive our product forward. 

In this role, you will be part of the Growth Team in developing and implementing the entire performance marketing strategy. You will be in charge of defining the team's budget and scaling up the existing team in accordance with your vision. You will play a crucial role in boosting Rebtel's user growth across all marketing channels.

The Role

Have proven, past experience in a similar capacity, as well as expertise in developing efficient multi-channel marketing strategies, such as affiliate marketing, CRM, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.

You have extensive experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, as well as Google Analytics knowledge (certifications are preferred).

You have strong analytical abilities and use data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior patterns to generate meaningful insights and suggestions.

You are a highly goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills who has previously managed teams for extended periods of time.

The responsibility

  • Own the long-term development of Rebtel’s user base by driving paid performance marketing initiatives, app store optimization, search engine optimization, and other innovative growth strategies.
  • Control the performance marketing budget's planning and forecasting quarterly and annually.
  • Responsible for formulating and tracking the user acquisition team's KPIs and P&Ls.
  • Identifying and testing new channels to ensure that defined important metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Scale the team as needed, including recruitment and re-allocating job positions, among other things.
  • Be the user acquisition team's point person for generating cooperation opportunities with other business units. Collaborate frequently with management to discuss funnel conversion improvement ideas, comments, and outcomes.

  • Ability to iterate and refine campaigns for subsequent iterations in order to determine the ideal paid marketing multi-channel mix for the firm.

Additional appreciated experience

To be successful in this capacity, you should have prior expertise in a growth or performance marketing role, as well as an analytical mentality and the ability to think creatively to solve challenges.

You'll fit in if you're passionate about increasing brand recognition, sales, or subscriptions, and appreciate using data to solve problems and uncover content possibilities and landing page upgrades. You should be an excellent communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
