Refunds in connection to the Quality campaign
Rebtel will refund customers that experience bad quality when calling with Rebtel and reporting this to Rebtel during the Quality Campaign period (3 May 2017 – 3 July 2017) in accordance with terms and conditions below.
The refunds are made by Rebtel topping up your Rebtel Account with calling time (minutes or World Credits, as applicable). Maximum refund value per phone call with bad quality is two (2) minutes of calling time, i.e. if the actual call duration was longer than two (2) minutes, Rebtel will only refund two (2) minutes of calling time.
The refunded calling time is only valid for one (1) month (starting from the day the refund was executed), whereafter they will expire.
Rebtel will not make more than two refunds per week and customer.
Rebtel will only make refunds in relation to calls made under a Limited Subscription plan or with World Credits, i.e. calls under any Unlimited Subscriptions are excluded. Furthermore, calls placed using data (3G, 4G, WIFI etc.) are also excluded.
Only requests for refunds made in honesty and good faith will be accepted. Rebtel will never accepted fraudulent and abusive requests. Rebtel reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, excessive or unusual activities into account in making its determination. Rebtel may, at its option, immediately suspend the Services provided to you you and/or terminate the Terms of Service with you if Rebtel determines you are making refund requests in breach of the aforesaid.
