How to Add a New Number?

Got a new phone number? Nice! You can easily add it to your Rebtel account, no need to start over or create anything new. Just follow these quick steps to keep everything up to date.

  1. Head to the Rebtel website and log in with your current number

  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose My Profile

  3. Scroll down to the My Numbers section

  4. Click Add number and type in your new phone number

  5. To verify it, click the three dots next to the number and select Verify your new number

That’s it! Once verified, you can use your new number to log in to the Rebtel app.

Want to Make It Your Primary Number?

No problem. Click the three dots next to the number and choose Set as primary

Need to remove a number? You can do that too! just click Delete from the same menu.

Feel free to add other numbers you use, like your work or travel SIM. You can link up to five of your own, but keep in mind that only one can be active at a time.

Important: Don’t Create a New Account

It might seem easier to start fresh with your new number, but trust us, it's better to stick with your current account. Here's why:

  • You keep your call credit

  • Your payment and call history stay with you

  • No need to reconfigure anything

Starting a new account means you lose access to all that info, and most of it can’t be moved over.

Your Account Is Just for You

Your Rebtel account is personal. That means it's meant just for you, not to be shared with friends or family. You can still add up to five of your own numbers so you're always connected, but keeping it personal helps protect your security and ensures everything runs smoothly.


Need to Update Your PIN? Here’s How

Changing your PIN is super simple and only takes a minute. You’ll use your PIN to log in on the Rebtel website.

How to Change Your PIN

  1. Go to the Rebtel website and log in

  2. Click your profile picture, then select My Account

  3. Click your profile picture again and choose Account settings

  4. Scroll to the Change your PIN section

  5. Enter your current PIN and click Next

  6. Type your new PIN and hit Change PIN

All set! Your new PIN is now ready to use.

Quick Heads-Up

Your PIN is just for the website. When using the Rebtel app, you’ll sign in using a verification code or an automatic call. Also, make sure the number you enter matches the SIM in your device, this helps everything work smoothly.


Want to Change the Currency in Your Account?

You’ve got options! Rebtel supports several currencies so you can pay in the one that works best for you. While the mobile app offers a plethora of features, changing your account's currency is a task best handled through the website. But don't worry, it's a breeze!

How to Change Your Currency

  1. Log in to your account on the Rebtel website

  2. Click your profile picture and choose My Account

  3. Click your profile picture again and go to My Profile

  4. In the Currency section, select your preferred currency from the dropdown

  5. Click Save Changes

Done! Your account will now show prices in your selected currency.

A Quick Note About Payments

Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or extra fees. If you're unsure, it's best to check with them directly.


Want to Use Rebtel in Another Language?

You can easily change your language settings, whether you're using the app or the website.

In the App

The Rebtel app follows your phone’s language settings. To change the app language, just update the language on your device.

On the Website

  1. Go to the Rebtel website and log in to your account

  2. Click your profile picture and select My Account

  3. Click your profile picture again and go to My Profile

  4. In the Language section, pick your preferred language from the dropdown

  5. Click Save Changes

That’s it! Your account will now appear in your selected language.


Need to Update Your Email?

Whether you're using the app or website, updating your email is quick and easy.

In the App

  1. Open the Rebtel app and tap Account

  2. Tap Profile

  3. Tap the Email field

  4. Enter your new email and tap Save

On the Website

  1. Go to the Rebtel website and log in to your account

  2. Click your profile picture and go to My Profile

  3. Update the Email field

  4. Click Save Changes

You’re good to go! Your new email is now linked to your account.


Thinking About Deleting Your Account?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re here to help if you’ve decided to close your account.

Just so you know, deleting the app from your phone won’t delete your account. To fully close it:

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to the Rebtel website and log in to your account

  2. Click your profile picture and go to My Account

  3. Click your profile picture again and select My Profile

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Account

And you’re done. Your account is now deleted.
