Need a new PIN? Let’s get you sorted!
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, don’t worry! we’ll help you get a new one in no time. Just follow these steps:
- Head over to the Rebtel website and click Log in.
- Enter your phone number (in international format, like +....).
- Click Forgot PIN.
- Choose how you’d like to receive your new PIN:
- Send me a new PIN via SMS (quick and easy!)
- Call me (if you’re using a landline).
We’ll send your new PIN to your phone right away. Enter it to log in to your Rebtel account.
Want to change your PIN? Easy!
Here’s how to change your PIN on the Rebtel website:
- Log in to the Rebtel website.
- If you’re on the homepage, click your profile picture and select My account.
- Click on your profile picture and choose Account settings.
- Scroll down to Change your PIN.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Click Next.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Click Change PIN and you’re all set!
Tip: Make sure the phone number you use is the same as the one on your SIM card.
Just a Heads Up
Your PIN is only for logging in on the website. When you log in on the Rebtel app, you’ll receive a one-time verification code or an automatic call. Make sure your phone number is linked to your SIM card.
How many digits should my PIN have?
Your website PIN can be anywhere from 4 to 12 digits—pick something that’s easy to remember! When you log in on the app, you’ll get a one-time verification code that’s always 6 digits, and it’s unique every time you log in.
Can I get my PIN via Email or Apps like WhatsApp?
We understand it might be easier to receive your PIN in different ways, but at the moment, PINs can only be sent via SMS or a voice call (for landlines). Unfortunately, we can’t send PINs by email or WhatsApp but we’re always working to make things better for you!
Still having trouble getting your new PIN?
Make sure you’re not using a VPN, as it can block the PIN from coming through.
