How do I find my nauta balance?
Simply call the number 118 or log in to the Nauta portal. The email address must be of the type firstname.lastname@example.org or nauta.co.cu.
From the Nauta portal you can:
- See your available balance
- Transfer balance to other accounts
- Change Password
If you are out of Cuba you will not be able to access the portal and check your balance!
