How do I cancel my Calling subscription?

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

To disable your Calling subscription, follow these steps on your platform of choice: 

• Website:

1. Log in to your account at My Rebtel. (If you're already logged in and on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account”)

2. Click on "Manage" in the "International calling" section

     3. Click on "..." next to the subscription you want to cancel

4. Click on "Deactivate"

Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew when it expires.

You can continue using the service until then. 

• App

1. Open the App and from the App Navigation tap on Account 
2. Tap on "Your Subscriptions" and select "Calling"
   
   
   
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap on "Deactivate" to cancel. 
   
4. Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew when it expires.
   You can continue using the service until then.
