How do I cancel my pre-booking?
To cancel your pre-booking follow these steps:
1. Log in to my Rebtel (If you're on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account")
2. Click on "Mobile Top Up"
3. Click on the tab "My pre-bookings"
4. Click on the side of the Recharge you wish to cancel in the part that says "Cancel".
5. Ready! Your pre-booking has been canceled and appears as cancelled status next to the number you entered.
