Denied Payments


If your payment is declined, please try again after verifying that your billing information is correct and that you have the sufficient funds in your bank account.

If your payment is declined several times, please contact us from the email address that is registered with your account by clicking on the "Report a problem" button at the bottom of the page. We will then do our best to help you.

We do not always have access to the reasons of the denial, but we will do our best to assist you.

Remember that we do not accept all cards, so if the card used is not a Visa, MasterCard or American Express branded card then the payment will not be accepted. We also offer the possibility to pay with Paypal.

If you receive a blank page:

  • from our website, make sure that Java is up-to-date on your computer and try to use another browser. 
  • from our application, try to reinstall it.
