How do I cancel my Calling and MTU subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To disable your Calling and MTU subscription, follow these steps on your platform of choice:
Calling
Website:
- Log in to your account at My Rebtel.
(If you're already logged in and on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account”)
- Click on "Manage" in the "International calling" section
3. Click on "..." next to the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click on "Deactivate"
Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew when it expires.
You can continue using the service until then.
App
- Open the App and from the App Navigation tap on Account

Tap on "Your Subscriptions" and select "Calling"

Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap on "Deactivate" to cancel.
MTU
Website:
- Log in to your account at My Rebtel.
(If you're already logged in and on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account”)
- Click on "Send Mobile Top Up or Nauta" in the "Mobile Top Up" section
2. Click on "Auto Top Ups" and then click on the "Deactivate Auto Top Up"
Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew when it expires.

Open the App and from the App Navigation tap on "Account"

Tap on "Your Subscriptions"
3. Then Select "Top-Ups - Ups" look for the MTU Subscription you want to deactivate and tap on "Deactivate Auto Top-Up"
Please note:
Every time you purchase a calling subscription, it will renew automatically every 30 days and an MTU will depend on the frequency you've chosen, unless you cancel it. If you’re unsure about the product’s refund policy, look at this helpful guide to avoid unwanted payments!
