In accordance with telecommunications market practice, Rebtel collects certain usage statistics, including but not limited to, the phone numbers and/or other identification details of the calling and receiving party, the start time, call duration, call quality, outages (“Call Details”) and maintains a call detail record (“CDR”) for each call that is routed through the system. In addition to the provisions on communications, notifications etc. set forth in the section above the following shall apply in relation to SMS messages between RebTel and customers residing in the USA. RebTel may occasionally send promotional SMS to you. You can cancel these SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you received the SMS from. You will thereafter not receive any additional promotional SMS messages from RebTel. If you want to join again, just let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start sending promotional SMS to you again. As always message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from RebTel and from RebTel to you.
