What are Rebtel's refund policies?

Please take into consideration the following conditions when purchasing one of our products:

World Credits: 

  • You can get a refund up to 90 days after your purchase if the World Credits have not been used.
  • Your balance will not expire as long as you are an active user.

Intro deals and Welcome offers:

  • Deals and offers are not refundable. 
  • Minute buckets cannot be transferred. 
  • The welcome offer has a validity of 30 days
  • Credit acquired through vouchers, gift tokens or similar are not refundable. 
  • Your 30-day subscription period will begin once your 7-day trial is complete.

Rebtel Plus member: 

  • If you are a Rebtel Plus member and you would like to get a refund, please send us an email at support@rebtel.com and include the following information: How did you get Rebtel plus? Why would you like to get a refund?

Recharge (Airtime transfer), Nauta recharge and Prepaid Plans:

  • Please double check the recipient's phone number or Nauta account before confirming the purchase
  • Mobile Top Up (Recarga/Recharge, Nauta Recharge or Prepaid Plans cannot be transferred, refunded or removed after being sent.

Limited, Country Unlimited and Global Unlimited subscriptions: 

  • You can cancel your subscription any time
  • Unlimited subscription renews every 30 days.
  • Minute buckets cannot be transferred into the next month. 

Subscriptions are not refundable. An exception can only be made if the subscription has not been used. You can only get a refund up to 90 days after your purchase.

Remember that subscriptions are charged monthly. If you don't want to be subscribed, you can cancel your subscription anytime. 


  • If you purchased a product by mistake or if you are experiencing issues with one of our products please contact us. Starting a dispute or chargeback will lock your account. Disputes can also lead to online payment difficulties in the future. 
  • For products purchased in the Apple store, please contact Apple
  • Rebtel reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests.
  • Any abuse of the terms and conditions about refunds hereunder shall lead to the termination of the Agreement.
  • If you believe that you are eligible for a refund and your request meets our refund policy please send us an email in English, Spanish or French to support@rebtel.com. You can also contact us by clicking on the "Report a problem" button at the bottom of this page. Refund requests carried out through other means shall not be eligible for the refund.
