  • The discount is applied, ensuring that there are no interruptions in the service. Checking bonuses is free of charge for the customer and can be done by dialing 222266#.
  • If the customer has active data plan resources (national and/or international), international data bonuses, and/or unlimited data at the time of applying a promotional recharge during this period, these WILL ACCUMULATE with the corresponding bonus (25GB) and their validity WILL BE EXTENDED TO 35 DAYS, counted from the date of the last recharge received.
  • A customer may receive multiple recharges during the promotional period. This causes the money from the recharge amount to accumulate in the main balance and the bonus resources. The validity date of the bonuses will be 35 days counted from the last recharge.
  • Users will have no limit on the number of recharges during the promotional period, as long as their main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount: One main account: Maximum limit: 500,000 CUP
  • With the main balance, the customer can perform all the usual actions: send messages, make national and international calls, buy plans, transfer balance, and activate the Amigos plan.
  • Once all the bonus resources (GB) are consumed, they become invalid, and deductions will begin according to the priority and current rates.
  • Once the expiration date of the bonuses is reached, they become invalid and deductions will begin according to the priority and current rates, regardless of how many resources remain available.

  • The transfer service does not work for bonuses (GB).

  • After making a recharge during the promotion, the user will receive a notification. It is important to remember that notification messages have a validity period and, to receive them, the phone must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.

From August 4 to 31, 2025,  top-up from 500 CUP to 1,250 CUP will have the opportunity to enjoy unlimited data 24 hours a day, valid for 10 days. 24-hour Unlimited Data is activated upon receipt of the top-up and is valid for 10 days from that moment.

  • The 24-hour unlimited data bonus is activated at the exact moment the customer receives the top-up and will be valid for 10 days from then. The unlimited data is valid 24 hours a day.

  • With the unlimited data bonus from this promotion, you can access all national and international sites.

  • Customers who top up during the promotional period and have active data plans (national and/or international) or international data bonuses will NOT have the expiration date extended when applying this top-up.
  • With this promotion, active SMS or MIN bonuses or plans DO NOT have their validity period extended.

  • You can make multiple recharges during the promotion period, as long as you do not exceed the maximum main account balance: Main account: Maximum limit: 500,000 CUP

  • The user in Cuba receives an SMS informing them that their account has been recharged. However, it is important to remember that notification SMS messages have a validity period and, to receive them, the mobile phone must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.
