• On May 10th, each customer who receives a top-up of 600CUP or 1200CUP will have the amount of money topped up in their main balance multiplied by 10 and will obtain unlimited data from 12:00 am to 7:00 am for 30 days.

• The promotion will be valid only on May 10th, from 00:00 hours until 23:59 hours, Cuban time.

• The amount required to apply for this recharge plan is 600CUP or 1200CUP.

• The unlimited data bonus is activated at the same time the customer receives the top-up; to be used only during the established hours (from 12:00 am to 7:00 am), for 30 days following activation.

• With the unlimited data bonus (from 12:00 am to 7:00 am) of this promotion, you will be able to access all national and international sites.

• After topping up with this promotional design, the mobile line will be valid for 330 days. A top-up must be made before this period expires to keep the service active. An additional 180 days are granted before the service is deactivated.

• With the balance received from this promotional top-up, you can perform all the actions you normally perform with your main balance: send messages, make national and international calls, buy data plans, minutes, and SMS, transfer balance, and activate the Friends Plan.

• The customer can make multiple top-ups as long as they do not exceed the maximum allowed amount of the main balance: Main account: Maximum limit: 500,000 CUP.

• If you make or receive multiple top-ups during the day, the money will accumulate in your main balance (multiplied by 10).

• The priority for discounting data is established as follows:

  • Daily Plan

• The discount is given with the guarantee that there will be no interruptions in service.

• If you have active plans with national data, international combos, and/or national plans, extra data plans (in local currency and in USD), and toDus plans, when you apply a top-up during this period, the validity of these plans will NOT be extended .

• With this promotion, the expiration date of these resources is NOT extended for customers who have plans, combos, or bonuses with SMS and/or MIN resources.

• Users in Cuba receive an SMS notification informing them that their account has been topped up. However, it's important to remember that these notifications have an expiration date, and to receive them, the mobile phone must be active and in an area with adequate coverage .

• Checking your balance is free of charge for the customer and can be done by dialing *222#. 

• Checking the bonuses is also free of charge and can be done by dialing *222*266#, or equivalently, *222*BON#.
