• From July 14 to July 16, customers who top up 600 CUP or 1,200 CUP will multiply the topped-up amount by 5 in their main balance and will get unlimited data from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. for 30 days.

• The new promotion will be active from 00:00 hours on July 14, 2026, until 23:59 hours on July 16, 2026 (Cuba time).

• The unlimited data is activated at the exact moment the customer receives the top-up, to be used exclusively during the established hours for the 30 days following activation.

• With the unlimited data bonus from this promotion, you can access all domestic (national) and international websites.

• After making a top-up under this promotion, the mobile line will have 330 days of validity. A new top-up must be made before this time expires to keep the service active. Additionally, an extra 30 days are granted before the service is completely disabled. 

• With the balance received from this promotional top-up, you can perform all normal activities with your main balance: send messages, make national and international calls, purchase passes, packages, data plans, minutes, and SMS, transfer balance, and activate the Plan Amigos.

• The customer can perform multiple top-ups as long as they do not exceed the maximum allowed main balance limit of 500,000 CUP.

• The priority for data deduction is established as follows:

  • toDus Plan

  • Data Bonus (National)

  • Data Bonus (International)

  • Balance Bonus (according to current rates)

  • International Combo

  • National Data Plans (standard data plans and extra data plans)

  • Pay-as-you-go rate (Main balance according to current rates)

  • Deductions are processed seamlessly to ensure no service interruption.

• If you have active combined plans (national and/or international), packages, and/or international data bonuses from previous promotions at the time the top-up is applied, their expiration dates will not be extended.

• With this promotion, active balance bonuses, plans, or combos for SMS and/or Minutes (MIN) will not have their expiration dates extended.

• The user in Cuba will receive an SMS notifying them that their account has been topped up. Please note that notification messages expire, so your phone must be on and in an area with adequate coverage.

• The main balance inquiry is free for the customer and is done by dialing *222#.

• Bonus inquiry is also free and is done by dialing *222*266# (or *222*BON#).
