The customer will receive the amount of the recharge, multiplied by 3, in their main balance, which will maintain the established validity period of 330 days + an additional 180 days, starting from the date of the last received recharge.

Promotion period: From June 23 to June 29, 2025, starting at 12:00 a.m. on June 23, 2025 (Cuba time) until 11:59 p.m. on June 29, 2025 (Cuba time).

The unlimited data is activated as soon as the customer receives the recharge and can only be used during the designated hours for 30 days following activation.

If the customer already has active data plans (national and/or international) or international data bonuses at the time of applying a promotional recharge during this period, the validity of these will not be extended.

Likewise, if the customer has valid bonuses for minutes and/or SMS, their expiration dates will not be extended.

For international plans for customers who participate in this promotion, data usage will be deducted in the following order of priority:

Deductions will be made in a way that ensures service is not interrupted.

Checking bonuses is free of charge and can be done by dialing 222266#.

A customer can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period. The amounts will accumulate in the main balance along with the bonus resources. The validity period for the bonuses will be 30 days from the date of the most recent recharge.

With the main balance, the customer can perform all usual actions: send messages, make national and international calls, buy plans, transfer credit, and activate the "Plan Amigos".

There is no limit to the number of recharges during the promotional period, as long as the main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed: Main Account – 500.00 CUP.

Once all bonus resources (GB) are used, they are considered expired, and charges will begin based on the established priority and current rates.

The user in Cuba will receive an SMS notification confirming the recharge. However, it is important to note that notification messages have a limited validity period and can only be received if the mobile device is active and within coverage. Customers may also check their balance by dialing *222# and their bonuses by dialing 222266#, both free of charge.

Once the bonus expiration date is reached, the bonuses are considered void, and deductions will proceed according to the established priority and current rates, regardless of any remaining bonus balance.
