- This promotion will be valid from 12:01 a.m. (Cuba time) on May 9th until 11:59 p.m. (Cuba time) on May 16th.
- Customers who receive a top-up between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP from May 9th to May 16th, 2025, will have their recharge amount multiplied by twelve in their main balance. This balance will retain the established validity period (330 days) from the date of the last received top-up. They will also enjoy Unlimited Data from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., valid for 30 days.
- The unlimited data is activated at the moment the customer receives the recharge; it can only be used during the established time frame for the next 30 days.
- The recharge amount is added directly to the main balance, which will maintain its validity period of 330 days + an additional 180 days from the last recharge.
- Customers who have active combined plans (national and/or international), LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses will NOT have their expiration date extended.
- Customers with active plans, combos, or bonuses including SMS and/or MIN will also NOT have their expiration date extended.

The priority for data deduction in this promotion is established as follows:

- Customers with active combined plans or LTE packages will NOT have those extended upon receiving a promotional recharge.
- Similarly, active SMS and/or MIN bonuses will NOT be extended.
- Customers can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period. Each recharge adds to the main balance and resets the 30-day unlimited data period from the latest recharge.
- You can make multiple top-ups during the promotional period, as long as you do not exceed the maximum main balance amount. Main account: Maximum Limit: 500,000 CUP
- With the main balance, the customer will be able to perform all the usual actions: send messages, make national and international calls, purchase bundles, packages, and plans, transfer balance, and activate the Amigo plan.

- To keep the service active, customers must recharge at least 500 CUP. The line stays active for 330 days + 180 grace days.
- The user in Cuba receives an SMS notifying them that their account has been topped up. However, it is important to remember that notification SMS have an expiration time, and in order to receive them, the mobile must be active and in an area with adequate coverage. Customers can also check their balance by dialing 222266#, free of charge.
