How Do I Check My Balance in the Rebtel App?
You've bought Rebtel Credits or have an active subscription, and now you want to check how much you have available. With the updated Rebtel app, your balance and other payment-related information can now be found in the Wallet tab.
Previously, your credit balance was displayed under Services. With the new Wallet experience, money-related features have been brought together in one place.
On the Rebtel App
To check your Rebtel Credits balance:
- Log in to the Rebtel app.
- Tap Wallet at the bottom of the screen.
- Your available Rebtel Credits balance will be displayed at the top of the My Wallet screen.
- If you want to purchase additional credits, simply tap Add credits beside your balance.
What else can I find in Wallet?
The new Wallet tab is your central place for money-related information in the Rebtel app. From here, you can also access:
- Payment methods – View and manage your saved payment methods by selecting Manage payment methods.
- My subscriptions – View and manage your active Rebtel subscriptions.
- Transaction history – Review your previous transactions and access your payment history and receipts.
These options were previously located across Services, Account, Account Activity, and Settings. They have now been consolidated under Wallet for easier access.
Note: The Wallet tab is available starting with Rebtel app version 6.83. If you are using an older version of the app, you may still see your balance and other features in their previous locations. Update your Rebtel app to access the new Wallet experience.
On the Rebtel Website
You can also check your balance through the Rebtel website.
Log in to your account on Rebtel.com. Your available World Credits are displayed as your Total Balance. To view your active subscription and available subscription minutes, go to International Calling. Any bonus credits are included in your total balance.
Everything about your money, now in Wallet
With Wallet, there's no need to navigate through different sections of the app to find your balance, subscriptions, payment methods, or transaction history — they're now available together in one place.
