I’m Having Trouble Logging In or Receiving a Verification Code. What Should I Do?
I’m Not Receiving a Verification Code. What Should I Do?
If you’re not receiving the SMS verification code on your registered or newly added phone number, contact Rebtel Support.
Our Support team can check whether your phone number is correctly registered and verified on your account.
Can Rebtel Manually Verify My Phone Number?
In some cases, our Support team may be able to help verify the phone number associated with your account after confirming that you’re the account owner.
However, manually verifying your phone number does not bypass SMS verification. You may still need to receive an SMS verification code when logging in.
I’m travelling and Can’t Receive the Verification Code. What Should I Do?
If you’re travelling and cannot receive the SMS verification code on your registered phone number, Rebtel cannot bypass the SMS verification system.
You’ll need to obtain a physical SIM card with a new phone number from the country you’re currently in.
Once you have your new phone number, contact Rebtel Support so we can help you update the phone number associated with your account.
What If I Accidentally Created a New Rebtel Account?
If you created another Rebtel account using your new phone number instead of updating your existing account, contact Rebtel Support and let us know.
We’ll review the accounts and help you with the appropriate next steps.
I Can’t Log In to the Rebtel Website. What Should I Do?
If you’re unable to log in to the Rebtel website, try resetting your PIN through the website.
If you’re unable to reset your PIN yourself, contact Rebtel Support.
For security reasons, we’ll need to verify that you’re the account owner before we can help reset your PIN.
My PIN Isn’t Working When I Use an Access Number. What Should I Do?
If your PIN isn’t working when you’re trying to make a call using a Rebtel access number, try resetting your PIN through the Rebtel website.
If you’re unable to reset it, contact Rebtel Support. Once we verify that you’re the account owner, we can help reset your PIN.
Why Do I Need to Verify My Account?
We require account verification before making changes to sensitive account information, such as your registered phone number or PIN.
Whenever possible, contact Rebtel Support using the email address registered to your Rebtel account.
If you contact us from an email address that isn’t registered to your account, we may need additional information to verify that you’re the account owner before making any changes.
