What happens if a transaction is rejected?

Please bear in mind that whenever you make a payment, the transaction may take up to 72 hours to be processed. During this time, the transaction is placed on hold and needs to be approved by your bank.

 

If your payment is denied, it will be displayed in red and you will receive an error message. In that case, your bank will not process your transaction and your money will be sent to your bank account 3 to 5 days after the payment was declined. If you have any questions regarding a "frozen payment" or an unauthorized transaction, please contact your bank.
